The REIF Model started in 2020 when we purchased our first property during the pandemic.  At the time, there was nothing on the market to help us decide whether or not this property was a solid investment.  You can’t make a smart decision without having a firm understanding of all of the variables in front of you. 

Thus, I started to build the bare bones of the REIF Model to answer that question.  Over the next 18 months I continued to improve the REIF Model, adding more features and simplifying the output with each use to get it to where I wanted it - thorough analysis in 15 minutes. 

I have personally used the REIF Model to analyze over 30 properties, investing in 5+ and providing detailed financials to lenders.  I hope you will use the model to make sound investments in real estate.
